Returns Policy

Unworn & unused items with original packaging in new condition may be returned for a refund in the form of payment received or exchanged within 14 days of the items ship date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. On exchanges, we will send the exchange to you at no charge; you will be responsible for the shipping back to us. We can also email you a shipping label that you can print out, attach to the packaging, and put in your mailbox. For that option, we will subtract $5 from your refund. For damaged items, please contact us for further details and a solution. All sales are final on “Sale” merchandise. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.


Lost Packages


If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. 

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. 

However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
